Huge thanks to Todd Glazer whom is wrapping up his 2 month + effort with The Delta Generators, and was able to deliver the great news that we are number #17 on the March 2011 Living Blues Radio Charts. (available in current issues of the magazine)!!  Also as a result of Glazer’s work, we have hit the TOP 50 ALBUMS in the USA on the Roots Music Report Radio Chart, including staying in the TOP 25 for Massachusetts for 2 months now!!

With the help of Dave Avery and Powderfinger Promotions, we are now in the TOP 30 (#26 for the past two weeks) on the New Music Weekly College Charts. The Delta Generators have also hit the TOP 30 (#26) on the Jam Band Radio Charts!!

You’ll find the DG’s on radio stations across the U.S. and Canada, from Public Radio to Commercial Radio, College Radio to AAA Radio. If your local station does not play The Delta Generators, let us know, we’ll get the album to them ASAP!

The event started with 55 submissions, which was then cut down to 22. Yesterday they announced the final 5, and The Delta Generators made it into that short list of the TOP 5. The winner will be announced at the historic Orpheum Music Hall, on Beal Street, in Memphis Tennessee, on Saturday February 5th 2011, during the 2011 IBC Finals.

Thank you! To the Blues radio jocks for judging the first round, Steve Cagle, Dana Fargnoli, Brett Fleming, Charlie Frazier, Elliott Gross, Douglas Ketchum, Bob Kissel, Jonny Meister, James Nagel, Dennis ‘Big D’ Schaibly, and Lindsay Shannon.
